We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery. Hair extensions must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and attached to the original cardboard backing.

A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
