Return & Exchange Eligibility

To protect the quality and hygiene of our products, all returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements.

Eligible Items

Your item may qualify if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Unused and unopened.
  • Hair remains in its original packaging.
  • Hair is still securely attached to the original cardboard backing.
  • Returned in the same condition it was received.

Items Not Eligible

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the hair has been:

  • Opened or removed from its original packaging.
  • Installed or worn.
  • Washed or conditioned.
  • Cut, trimmed, or otherwise altered.
  • Colored, toned, bleached, or chemically treated.
  • Damaged or not in its original condition.

Important: All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Products that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1 – Complete the Return Form

Print and complete the Return Form, then include it inside your return package.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Package

Ensure the hair extensions meet all eligibility requirements.

  • Leave the hair attached to the original cardboard backing.
  • Do not fold or damage the original packaging.
  • Whenever possible, use the original shipping box or another sturdy shipping box to protect the product during transit.

Step 3 – Ship Your Return

Mail your package to:

Step 4 – Email Your Tracking Number

After shipping your return, email your tracking number to:

info@saltylocksextensions.com

Including a photo of your packaged return is optional but recommended.

Step 5 – Inspection & Refund

Once your return is received:

  • We will inspect your item to verify eligibility.
  • You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Salty Locks Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/SHIPPING FAQS

*Please Read the Following Carefully*

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Restocking fee is subject to 15% charge. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. In order to qualify for a return/exchange, your item must be shipped back to Salty Locks Hair Extensions. Upon receiving your return item we will review and check-in with you to confirm or deny the refund. If you are approved, the refund should reflect in 7-10 business days back on your payment card. ​

Please understand that Salty Locks Hair Extensions DOES NOT guarantee or cover the install of hair extensions. Fusion hair extensions will shed hair if the fusion bonds were not installed properly by your stylist.

HOW TO RETURN:

Step 1 - Print out the Return Form below.

Step 2 - Fill out all of the information on the Return form and INCLUDE IT with the package.

Step 3 - Mail the UNUSED products to Salty Locks at:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be attached to the cardboard backing to qualify for a return.  Please do not fold the packaging & ship back in the same package you received the item in to retain its' natural shape.

Step 4. Once you have shipped your item, email the tracking information of your return shipment to Info@saltylockshairextensions. A photo of your return is optional, but suggested. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Step 5. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will notify you and  initiate a refund to your payment card/original method of payment. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned hair.

Salty Locks Hair Extensions Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
